Overview The Deputy Director - Airport Capital and Infrastructure oversees the Dallas Airport System (Dallas Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport and Vertiport’s) Capital and Infrastructure Division and is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of aviation capital projects and infrastructure improvements. Assigns and reviews performance of subordinate assistant directors and senior level managers, oversees financial and budgetary management of this division, performs extensive operational review of infrastructure into the overall operations of the Airport System, and ensures quality control of all operations, programs, and service delivery activities to ensure local, state and federal regulatory compliance.
