Onsite ICF is an early stage Social Enterprise and a market leader in affordable construction technology and construction in vulnerable communities. Our key technology is an innovative wall system based on the onsite fabrication and assembly of polyurethane foam construction blocks. Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA with operations in East Africa and Colombia.
The Project Manager-USA provides operational support to the global enterprise. The PM will also pursue applications and opportunities in the domestic USA market. The responsibilities are diverse and encompass much of the operations common for an early stage company. This Position reports to the CEO of Onsite ICF.
Essential Functions
Materials Management.
Purchasing. Mold equipment and accessories, etc., through the existing supplier network as required to support ongoing operations.
Shipping/Receiving. Domestic and International.
Inventory – definition and tracking of parts and systems and locations.
Process invoices and make payments
Information Technology
Provide leadership for company policies and protocols to ensure overall organization of files
Manage the Google Drive environment including security and backup
Manage proper usage and application of company software
Marketing Support
Provide support to our marketing partner
Website content and updates – coordinate with CEO, Country offices and Marketing Partner.
Social Media – provide general oversight, coordination and analysis of SM presence.
Global Country Level support
Coordinate international shipping, logistics and customs using our Shipping Partner and Country Offices.
Manage and control global inventory, including molds and chemicals.
Conduct/coordinate training and technical support to our Country office locations. Provide comprehensive support to new location startup.
USA Deployment support Under the direction of the CEO, pursue the use of the ICF blocks in USA construction. Explore domestic applications including but not limited to tiny homes, shelter for unhoused, shelter post-disaster (FEMA), rural housing, HFH USA. Investigate applicable building codes, technical specifications, engineering details. Interface with structural engineers, architects, contractors and agencies.

Technical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to understand machines, construction, business processes. Attention to detail. Ability to provide technical support to our Country Offices. Should have strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills. Proficient computer skills, ability to write and to create documents and slide presentations. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and audiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
University Degree relevant to the Position
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable business setting. Experience in the affordable housing sector and social enterprise is a plus.
MBA and/or PMP Certification is a plus
The Position can be remote work with regular travel to Pittsburgh PA headquarters.
