General Description: The Facilities Department's mission is to provide a safe and cost-effective environment while conducting its affairs with professionalism in a customer-focused manner, creating an atmosphere consistent with the University's mission. These services are essential to the operation of the university. They must be acquired and delivered with cost, timeliness, and efficiency. Works with an internal team of Project Managers, Architects, Facilities Maintenance & and Operations Managers, and Energy and Utilities Managers. Works with various external consultants, architects, engineers, and construction contractors. Manage and coordinate university preventative, building maintenance, and repairs for all campus facilities, equipment, and systems. Uses prev
