Maintains clinical documentation, adheres to safety protocols, and supports patient education and advocacy. Job Function 1: Patient Assessment ; Perform systematic, comprehensive, and accurate assessments. Assess potential discharge needs during the initial assessment process. Monitor effects of medications and treatments and report adverse effects in a timely manner. Assess patient for pain level. Provide appropriate intervention, reassessment, and documentation. Systemati
